Chepstow pet supplies (est. 2012), Paws pets & grooming salon (est. 2014), Creature comforts (est. 2019) & Paws Online (est. 2020). We pride ourselves on having a passion for pets, excellent customer service and we love to share our experiences in helping to promote good animal care and animal wellbeing to our customers. Some of the services we provide are:

• Sourcing Specialist Pet Supplies (if the customer cant find it we will help them find it)
• Pet Nutrition Advice
• Accessories Fitting (e.g Harnesses, Coats etc.)
• Animal Sales & Pet Care Advice
• Small Animal & Reptile Boarding
• Pet Grooming
• Instore Pet Events (Held with staff or a 3^rd party independent local pet business)
• Home Deliveries

In 2015 we also opened a dog grooming salon upstairs in our premises to help our customers keep their pet’s skin and fur healthy and just to give all pets a well deserved pamper. We currently cater for dogs, cats & small furries (rabbits & guinea pigs)...we’ve even had reptiles come in for a nail trim! Although in the case of small furries you need to be extra careful as rabbits in particular cannot be submerged in water, because this will cause them shock. Therefore, we only bathe the really dirty areas of these pets and our “washes” are with wipes to cater for their sensitivity.

It has been Nina’s (one of the owners) mission since starting out to create a friendly atmosphere with approachable staff who customers know they can trust for advice. During difficult times the business always needs to adapt to changes. We have always tried to keep on top of trends with products and provide customers with new and exciting products for their pets to try. We like to stock some household brands, but we also like to source more niche products that you won’t find in your local supermarket. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we believe the flagship in our company is our customer care; whether it’s for a dog who comes into our groomers with unexpected conditions on the body that the groomer finds during a health check and advises the owner to try a certain treatment we sell in the shop or take them to the vets depending how serious the condition, or a customer who struggles to keep a dog healthy due to it not eating and our colleagues suggest to them a new feeding plan or tips for making feeding more fun and enjoyable for the pet. We take time with our customers to learn more about their pets and how they behave, so we can advise the right products for them. All pets are different and react differently to different products, so we take it upon ourselves to understand our clients and adapt our advice or methods to suit the customer’s and pet’s individual needs – the humans are not only our clients, but their pets are too!
